Five Easy Ways to Drink More Water

Without water, we cannot survive. An article in the European Journal of Nutrition, provides more evidence linking disease to insufficient water intake.  As the summer approaches, here are five things you can do to increase your water intake to help your body carry out vital functions.

Carry It!

Put water in an aluminum bottle, store it overnight in the fridge (or add ice cubes) to have a cool drink ready to quench your thirst any time of day.

Spritz It!

Use one part juice from lemons, limes, oranges or watermelon to four parts seltzer or sparkling water for a refreshing, reduced calorie drink.
